Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Legacy Nokia PC Suite/Ovi Suite drivers may be unsigned on Windows 10/11. Run the installer as administrator, use Windows 7 compatibility mode, and reboot. If still blocked, install in a supported Windows VM.

Question 2

Phone not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use an original Nokia CA-101-style USB cable and a direct rear USB port. Set the Nokia 6350 USB mode to “PC Suite” or “Mass storage,” unlock the keypad, then check Device Manager for “Nokia 6350.”

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Old Nokia USB/modem drivers from previous PC Suite/Ovi installs can conflict. Uninstall all Nokia PC Suite/Ovi Suite and Nokia USB drivers, restart, then install one current driver/suite package before reconnecting the 6350.
