Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Nexxt NW122NXT12 setup as Administrator and in Windows compatibility mode for your OS version. Temporarily disable antivirus, and uninstall any previous Wi-Fi adapter software before retrying.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port, preferably USB 2.0 directly on the PC rather than a hub. In Device Manager, check for unknown devices or yellow warnings; uninstall the entry and rescan for hardware.

Question 3

Version conflicts or unstable Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Remove old/hidden driver entries, reboot, then install the driver matching your hardware revision. If Windows Update replaces it, roll back the driver or set the vendor driver as preferred.
