Name: Netropa SK 720 Driver
Author: Netropa

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Netropa SK 720 driver installer as administrator and in Windows compatibility mode for the OS version it supports. Close other keyboard/HID utilities first; if Windows blocks the driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, connect directly to the PC instead of a hub and check Device Manager for unknown HID/keyboard entries; for PS/2, power down before reconnecting. Remove hidden old keyboard devices, rescan, and reboot.

Question 3

Version conflicts or hotkeys stop working?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall existing Netropa software and duplicate HID keyboard entries, reboot, then install only the SK 720 package matching your Windows version. Avoid mixing older Netropa drivers with Windows’ built-in HID keyboard driver.
