Name: Kyocera ECOSYS M6535cidn KX Driver
Author: Kyocera

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Kyocera KX/Universal driver and stale M6535cidn print queue, reboot, then run the installer as administrator.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the M6535cidn is on the same subnet, ping its IP, and add a TCP/IP port manually. For USB, connect directly to the PC—not a hub.

Question 3

Version conflicts or missing scan/fax?

Accepted Answer

Delete old Kyocera driver packages in Print Server Properties, install the KX package matching your OS architecture, then recreate the queue. Avoid mixing KX and Universal drivers.
