Author: Kyocera

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing Kyocera ECOSYS M3560idn/KX driver and printer entries, restart the print spooler, then run the KX installer as administrator. Temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks setup.

Question 2

Device not detected (USB/network)?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear port and a known-good cable. For network, assign the M3560idn a static IP, confirm it responds to ping, and create a Standard TCP/IP port with that address.

Question 3

Version conflicts or scanner missing?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Kyocera KX packages, install the matching KX driver and scanner utility version, and avoid mixing host-based and KX drivers. Reboot before testing print and scan.
