Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Kworld installer as administrator and in compatibility mode for the Windows version it supports. Temporarily disable antivirus and close any TV/PVR apps before setup.

Question 2

Tuner not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check Device Manager for an unknown or disabled device. Reseat the PCI/USB tuner, try a rear USB port or powered hub, and rescan hardware. Install the driver before opening the Kworld TV app.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Kworld drivers/software, reboot, then remove any leftover device entry in Device Manager (select “Delete the driver software”). Install the correct 32/64-bit package; if a new driver breaks playback, use Roll Back Driver.
