Name: Kraun Bluetooth Device Driver
Author: Kraun

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing Bluetooth driver in Device Manager, check “Delete driver software,” reboot, then run the Kraun installer as administrator. Plug the Bluetooth device directly into a USB port, not a hub.

Question 2

Device not detected or won’t pair?

Accepted Answer

Start the Bluetooth Support Service and set it to Automatic. In Device Manager, scan for hardware changes and enable the Bluetooth radio. Remove old pairings, put the Kraun device in pairing mode, and pair again.

Question 3

Version conflicts or Windows replaces the driver?

Accepted Answer

Remove generic/OEM Bluetooth drivers and old paired devices first. Install the Kraun package matching your Windows version and architecture. If Windows Update overwrites it, use “Roll Back Driver” in Device Manager.
