Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

run the Kozumi setup as administrator, temporarily pause antivirus, and use the package matching K 300MWUN or K 500MWUN—not the other model’s driver.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

plug the USB Wi‑Fi adapter directly into a rear USB 2.0 port, avoid hubs/extensions, then check Device Manager for Unknown device/Network adapters and rescan hardware.

Question 3

Version conflicts or limited connectivity?

Accepted Answer

uninstall any previous Kozumi, Realtek/Ralink, or generic 802.11n USB Wi‑Fi driver, remove hidden adapters in Device Manager, reboot, then install the current driver and reconnect.
