Name: Kozumi K 1500UDN K 1500UN Driver
Author: Kozumi

Question 1

Install fails or Windows blocks the driver?

Accepted Answer

Run the exact K 1500UDN/K 1500UN package as administrator and allow the signed driver. If installation fails, disconnect the printer, remove any failed entry in Device Manager, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear port and a known data cable, not a charge-only cable. For the UDN Ethernet model, confirm the printer and PC are on the same subnet and the correct IP/port is selected.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Kozumi/POS drivers and remove duplicate K 1500 print queues before installing one driver version. Set the correct USB/COM/Ethernet port and run a self-test or simple receipt.
