Name: KORG microKEY 37 Driver
Author: KORG

Question 1

Driver install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the KORG USB-MIDI driver installer as administrator, close DAWs and KORG utilities first, and temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the signed driver. Reboot before reconnecting the microKEY 37.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB port instead of an unpowered hub, try a known-good USB cable, and check Device Manager/DAW MIDI settings for “KORG microKEY 37” or the KORG MIDI port. Reconnect after installation completes.

Question 3

Version conflicts with another KORG device?

Accepted Answer

Remove older KORG USB-MIDI driver versions with KORG’s uninstaller, reboot, then install the current driver. Avoid stacking multiple KORG MIDI drivers; connect only the microKEY 37 during setup.
