Confirm the printer has a valid IP and is on the same subnet. Add it manually using a Standard TCP/IP port with the printer’s IP, then select the Konica Minolta Universal PCL driver.

Uninstall older Universal PCL versions and delete duplicate Konica Minolta drivers from Print Server Properties before installing the latest package. Avoid mixing PCL and PS drivers for the same queue.
