Name: Konica Minolta PS825 MR Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Konica Minolta PS825 MR driver/PageScope utility, run the downloaded installer as administrator, temporarily pause antivirus, and reboot before reconnecting the scanner.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB port instead of a hub, or confirm the scanner’s network IP is on the same subnet. Power-cycle the PS825 MR and PC, then check Device Manager/Scanners for an unknown device and reinstall.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate scan queues?

Accepted Answer

Delete old PS825 MR entries in Device Manager and Print/Scan Management, remove stale driver packages with `pnputil /delete-driver oem#.inf /uninstall`, then install the correct 32/64-bit driver and reboot.
