Name: Konica Minolta PS815 MR Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Confirm you downloaded the PS815 MR driver for the correct Windows architecture (x64/x86), run the installer as administrator, and stop the print spooler (`net stop spooler`) before retrying. Remove any partial Konica Minolta installation first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a direct USB port instead of a hub, or verify the network/TCP-IP address. Check Device Manager for unknown devices, then reinstall the PS815 MR driver and assign the correct USB or network port.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta PS815 MR drivers via Print Management, delete leftover driver packages in Print Server Properties, reboot, then install only the latest driver.
