Question 1

Installer fails or stops early?

Accepted Answer

Run the PS 810 Turbo driver setup as Administrator, close any TWAIN/WIA scanning apps, and temporarily disable antivirus. Confirm you are using the correct 32-bit or 64-bit Windows package.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the PS 810 Turbo before opening the scan utility, reseat the USB/SCSI cable, avoid USB hubs, and check Device Manager for an unknown scanner. Reinstall the TWAIN/WIA driver if needed.

Question 3

Version conflicts after updating?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta PS 810 Turbo TWAIN/ISIS/WIA drivers, reboot, then install only the matching driver version. Remove duplicate scanner entries so apps select the new driver.
