Name: Konica Minolta PagePro 1380 MF Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB cable, uninstall any existing PagePro 1380 MF driver/software, reboot, then run the installer as administrator. On newer Windows versions, try Windows 7 compatibility mode for `setup.exe`.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect directly to a USB port, not a hub. Power-cycle the MFP, check the cable, and confirm Device Manager shows no unknown device. Reconnect USB only when the installer prompts.

Question 3

Version or port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Konica Minolta driver packages and stale USB/virtual printer ports in Print Management. Install one matching driver, assign the correct USB port, and restart the Print Spooler service.
