Name: Konica Minolta C652SeriesPS Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Installation fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Konica Minolta C652SeriesPS installer as administrator, unblock the downloaded package, remove any existing C652 print queue/driver, restart the Print Spooler service, then reinstall the PS driver matching Windows version and architecture.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the printer’s IP address responds to ping or check the USB connection. For network use, create a Standard TCP/IP port manually with the correct C652 IP; avoid a stale WSD port and set a static/reserved IP.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

In Print Management, delete old Konica Minolta C652/C652SeriesPS drivers and queues, restart the spooler, then install only the current PS driver to prevent mixed PCL/PS driver conflicts.
