Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Konica Minolta C353 Series driver and driver package in Print Management, restart the Print Spooler, then run the XPS driver installer as administrator. Leftover PCL/PS packages can block the XPS queue.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Add the C353 manually using a Standard TCP/IP port with its fixed IP address instead of WSD; confirm it is on the same subnet and port 9100/RAW is reachable.

Question 3

Version/architecture conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older C353 XPS and PCL/PS drivers, match 32-/64-bit to Windows, reboot, and install the current XPS package before recreating the queue.
