Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Konica Minolta and generic printer drivers in Print Management, run the C652 installer as administrator, and reboot before retrying. Use the correct 32/64-bit Windows package.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For network use, confirm the C652 has a valid IP on the same subnet, ping it, and add a TCP/IP port (RAW 9100). For USB, use a known-good cable and rear port; avoid hubs.

Question 3

Version conflicts/duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall mismatched C652 or Universal drivers, delete stale queues and ports, restart Print Spooler, then install one driver package and set the C652 queue as default.
