Name: Konica Minolta bizhub C252 Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Setup fails or stalls on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

The C252 package is legacy. Run setup as administrator in Windows 7 compatibility mode; if it still fails, use Add Printer > Have Disk and point to the extracted C252 INF, choosing the correct x64/x86 driver.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the C252 is on the same subnet and responds to ping. For network installs, use its static IP and add a Standard TCP/IP port; avoid hostname/WSD discovery. For USB, try a direct rear port and reinstall the USB print driver.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Konica Minolta queues and drivers via Print Management or `printui /s /t2`, reboot, then install only one C252 driver (PCL or PS) matching the OS architecture.
