Question 1

Driver install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Use the correct bizhub C250 package for your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture. Run the installer as administrator, close other apps, and temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the setup.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try a different port/cable and avoid hubs. For network, confirm the C250 has a valid IP, is on the same subnet, and can be pinged; add it by IP rather than hostname.

Question 3

Old driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing Konica Minolta printer entries and ports in Print Management, reboot, then install the current C250 driver. Avoid mixing universal and model-specific drivers.
