Name: Konica Minolta bizhub C224e Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Old Konica Minolta drivers/utilities often conflict. Remove existing bizhub C224e entries in Print Management and via the Konica Minolta uninstaller, reboot, then run the correct 32/64-bit C224e package as administrator.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the C224e has a valid IP and is reachable from the PC. Create a Standard TCP/IP port using that IP rather than WSD, ensure both devices are on the same subnet, and allow raw printing port 9100 through the firewall.

Question 3

Version conflicts or missing features?

Accepted Answer

Mixing PCL6, PS, and older universal drivers can cause errors or missing scan/print options. Uninstall all bizhub C224e driver entries, install one matching driver package, and install the C224e scanner driver/utility separately if scanning is required.
