Name: Konica Minolta bizhub 601 Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Konica Minolta bizhub 601 setup as administrator, close print-related apps, temporarily disable antivirus, then remove any failed driver package via Print Management > Drivers and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For network use, set a reachable IP on the bizhub 601 and create a Standard TCP/IP port instead of WSD. For USB, try another port/cable and power-cycle the MFP. Confirm the PC and device are on the same subnet.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove older KONICA MINOLTA bizhub drivers and generic Windows printer entries first. Install the matching x64/x86 bizhub 601 package, avoid mixing PCL/PS unless required, reboot, and set the correct default printer.
