Name: Konica Minolta bizhub 360 Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Installation fails on newer Windows?

Accepted Answer

The bizhub 360 driver may be blocked by signing or compatibility checks. Run the installer as administrator, use Windows compatibility mode if needed, and allow the driver in Windows security prompts.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try another port/cable and power-cycle the MFP; for network, confirm the bizhub 360’s IP address, ping it, and create a Standard TCP/IP port manually if auto-discovery misses it.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Konica Minolta print queues and drivers via Print Management, restart the Print Spooler service, then install only the correct bizhub 360 PCL/PS driver.
