Question 1

Installation fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Use the bizhub 350 driver package matching your Windows version, run setup as administrator, and temporarily disable third-party antivirus. If it still fails, remove partial Konica Minolta entries in Print Management and restart the Print Spooler service.

Question 2

Device not detected (USB/network)?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try another port/cable and power-cycle the bizhub 350. For network, confirm the copier’s IP, ping it from the PC, and create a Standard TCP/IP port manually if auto-discovery misses it.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta bizhub drivers and delete leftover driver packages before installing the new one. Reboot, then set the bizhub 350 queue as default if jobs print to the wrong device.
