Name: Konica Minolta Bizhub 20 Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or exits early?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing Bizhub 20 driver package, reboot, then run the installer as administrator. Keep the USB cable disconnected until setup prompts; confirm you downloaded the correct 32/64-bit driver for your Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port/cable and avoid unpowered hubs. For network use, confirm the Bizhub 20 has a valid IP, ping it, and add the printer by IP if auto-discovery fails.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove duplicate Bizhub 20 printer entries and old Konica Minolta drivers in Printers/Device Manager. Reinstall the latest package; if scanning fails, reinstall the TWAIN/WIA scanner driver and restart the Print Spooler service.
