Name: Konica Minolta bizhub 165 Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disable antivirus temporarily, run the installer as administrator, and use the correct 32/64-bit driver for your Windows version. Remove partial Konica Minolta entries in Programs and Features and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try a direct rear port and a known-good cable; for network, confirm the bizhub 165 IP address and that port 9100 is reachable. Add the printer manually using TCP/IP if auto-discovery misses it.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta bizhub drivers and remove stale printer queues in Print Management. Install one matching driver package, then restart the print spooler.
