Question 1

Install fails or setup stops?

Accepted Answer

Download the correct 32/64-bit Konica Minolta 7222/7235 IP424V package for your Windows version. Run the installer as administrator, remove any partial install, and temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the driver files.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the IP424V controller has a valid IP address and is reachable by pinging it. Create a Standard TCP/IP port using that address instead of WSD, and check that the copier’s network/controller settings match your subnet.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate printers?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Konica Minolta drivers and remove stale TCP/IP ports. Stop the print spooler, clear the spool folder if needed, reboot, then install only the current 7222/7235 driver package.
