Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Konica Minolta 350/250/200 package and printer ports, reboot, then run the correct 32-/64-bit setup as administrator with antivirus temporarily disabled.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear port and a known-good cable; for network, confirm the printer’s IP, ping it, and keep PC and printer on the same subnet before adding the TCP/IP port manually.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older KM drivers and delete unused ports, then install one package matching the exact 350, 250, or 200 model; avoid mixing generic PCL/PS drivers.
