Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Konica Minolta 3260 USB cable, run the installer as administrator, remove any partial Konica Minolta entry in Programs and Features, reboot, then reinstall the full driver package for your Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct port and known-good cable, not a hub. For network, confirm the 3260’s IP address, ping it, and add a TCP/IP port manually if auto-discovery fails.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta 3260 drivers, delete the printer and port, restart the print spooler, then install the latest signed driver. Clear stuck print jobs before reinstalling.
