Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Konica Minolta 215 installer as administrator, remove old Konica Minolta printer entries, reboot, and install the correct 32/64-bit package for your Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, connect directly to a rear port instead of a hub and try another cable. For network, confirm the printer IP is on the same subnet and add the port manually.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous 215/bizhub drivers, delete leftover print queues, then install the latest model-specific driver. Avoid mixing universal and model-specific packages.
