Question 1

Installation fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Kodak i750, remove older Kodak scanner, TWAIN, and ISIS drivers, reboot, then run the installer as administrator. Reconnect the scanner only when prompted.

Question 2

Scanner not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check power and the interface cable, connect directly to the PC rather than a hub, confirm the i750 appears in Device Manager, and restart the Kodak Scanner service or reinstall the driver.

Question 3

TWAIN/ISIS version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall conflicting i700-series driver packages, install the correct 32-bit or 64-bit driver for your capture software, and set the i750 as the default TWAIN/ISIS source. Test with a basic scanning utility before production use.
