Author: Kodak

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB cable until the Kodak AiO installer prompts, run setup as administrator, and remove older Kodak AiO/Home Center entries before retrying. Temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks setup.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear-port connection and a known-good cable. For Wi-Fi, confirm the HERO 7.1 AiO and PC are on the same 2.4 GHz network, then add the printer by IP or rerun wireless setup.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Kodak HERO/AiO drivers and Home Center, delete the printer from Devices and Printers, restart Windows, then install the package matching your Windows version. Avoid mixing old and new Kodak software.
