Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the ESP 3250 USB cable, uninstall older Kodak printer software, reboot, then run the driver installer as administrator with antivirus temporarily paused. Connect directly to a USB 2.0 port, not a hub.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the ESP 3250 is powered on and shows ready with no error. Reseat the USB cable directly to the PC, or for Wi-Fi confirm the printer is on a 2.4 GHz network and rerun Kodak setup. Restart the Print Spooler service if needed.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate printers?

Accepted Answer

Remove other Kodak ESP drivers and duplicate “Kodak ESP 3250” entries in Devices and Printers, install the latest Kodak driver, reboot, and set it as default. Reinstall Kodak AIO software if scanning fails.
