Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the ESP 1.2 AiO USB cable, run the Kodak installer as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, and reconnect only when prompted. Remove any partial Kodak ESP installation first.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try another port/cable and avoid hubs. For Wi-Fi, confirm the ESP 1.2 AiO and PC are on the same 2.4 GHz network, print a network config page, and add by IP if discovery fails.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Kodak ESP drivers and scanner entries in Device Manager/Printers, reboot, then install the latest ESP 1.2 AiO package. Set it as default and avoid mixed WIA/TWAIN scanner drivers.
