Name: Kobian KVT600X L Driver
Author: Kobian

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Kobian KVT600X L driver package as administrator and match it to your Windows version/architecture. Disconnect the KVM’s USB upstream cable from the PC, install, reboot, then reconnect. Avoid USB 3.x ports if the switch is USB 2.0.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use the KVM’s dedicated upstream USB cable directly into a rear motherboard port, not a hub. Power-cycle the KVT600X L, reseat console keyboard/mouse cables, and confirm the selected port. Test keyboard/mouse directly on the PC to isolate the switch.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Kobian/KVM HID or utility packages, remove hidden devices in Device Manager, reboot, and install only the latest matching driver/firmware. Don’t mix old firmware with a new driver package.
