Question 1

Install fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

H61 chipset INF packages can fail if installed out of order or from another JetWay board. Install the Intel Chipset Device Software first as administrator, reboot, then install LAN/audio drivers.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Onboard LAN or audio may be disabled in BIOS, or the chipset INF is missing. Enable onboard devices in BIOS, install the chipset driver, then rescan Device Manager for unknown devices.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Windows Update may replace the JetWay-packaged LAN/audio driver with a generic one, causing dropouts or no audio. Roll back in Device Manager or reinstall the matching package; pause driver updates until stable.
