Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Jabra PC Suite installer as administrator, disconnect other Jabra USB devices, and temporarily disable antivirus. If upgrading, uninstall the old Jabra PC Suite first and reboot before reinstalling.

Question 2

PRO 9450 base not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the base directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Confirm the base has power, the headset is docked, and the USB cable is seated. In Jabra PC Suite, refresh/select the PRO 9450; try another USB port.

Question 3

Version conflicts/audio problems?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Jabra PC Suite and duplicate Jabra audio drivers in Device Manager, reboot, then install the latest compatible PC Suite version. Set the PRO 9450 as default playback/recording device and avoid running multiple Jabra apps.
