Name: Jabra CRUISER2 DFU mode Driver
Author: Jabra

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Jabra package as administrator, use a direct USB port (no hub), and keep the CRUISER2 in normal mode until the updater asks for DFU. Close Jabra PC Suite/other updaters first.

Question 2

Device not detected in DFU mode?

Accepted Answer

DFU mode usually does not show as an audio device. Check Device Manager for “Jabra CRUISER2 DFU” or an unknown USB device; try a known-good data cable/port, then re-enter DFU mode through the updater.

Question 3

Version/driver conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Jabra PC Suite/drivers and remove hidden Jabra devices in Device Manager, reboot, then install the latest package matching your Windows version. Do not mix firmware updater and PC Suite installs.
