Name: Ivoomi WiFi Adapter Driver
Author: OmniKey

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the OmniKey/Ivoomi setup as administrator, temporarily pause antivirus, and close other WiFi utilities. If it still fails, uninstall any previous adapter driver in Device Manager, reboot, then rerun the installer.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port—prefer a direct rear port, not a hub—then open Device Manager and scan for hardware changes. If it appears under Unknown/Other devices, update the driver manually from the downloaded package.

Question 3

Version conflicts or drops after Windows Update?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, uninstall the adapter and select “Delete driver software,” reboot, and reinstall the OmniKey package. Temporarily pause automatic driver updates until installation completes.
