Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the IVCE C604 driver installer as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus/security software, and confirm the Windows version/architecture matches the download. Remove any previous capture driver first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port/cable (or reseat the capture card), avoid unpowered hubs, and check Device Manager for unknown devices. Power-cycle the video source and reconnect the C604.

Question 3

Apps show no signal or version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old IVCE/OEM capture drivers and bundled capture utilities, reboot, then install the latest driver before opening apps. Set the correct video input/format in the capture software.
