Question 1

Install fails or Setup blocks the driver?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator, temporarily allow unsigned drivers if prompted, and reboot before retrying. Disconnect the TLG2300 TV during installation, then reconnect after setup completes.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check the TV’s power and input source, reseat the USB/HDMI cable, and use a direct rear-panel port instead of a hub. In Device Manager, select Scan for hardware changes; if it still does not appear, try another cable/port.

Question 3

Version conflicts or wrong display behavior?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing TV tuner/display drivers and ItemsTech utility, reboot, then install the latest TLG2300 package. Set the TV as the correct input/display and match resolution/refresh rate to avoid detection or overscan issues.
