Question 1

Driver install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

The ISSCEDRBTA Bluetooth adapter may be blocked by Windows driver signature enforcement or a mismatched INF. Download the correct package for your Windows version/architecture, run the installer as administrator, and temporarily disable signature enforcement only if the vendor package is unsigned.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a rear USB 2.0 port directly on the PC and avoid unpowered hubs. In Device Manager, scan for hardware changes and check under Bluetooth or Unknown devices. Remove hidden/old Bluetooth entries, then reconnect the ISSCEDRBTA adapter.

Question 3

Version conflicts with built-in Bluetooth?

Accepted Answer

Windows may load a generic Bluetooth radio driver instead of the vendor driver. Uninstall the existing Bluetooth radio and driver, reboot, then install the ISSCEDRBTA package before re-pairing devices. Disable other Bluetooth adapters to avoid stack conflicts.
