Name: Iomega Floppy Plus 7 in 1 Card Reader USB Driver
Author: Iomega

Question 1

Install fails on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

The legacy Iomega package may be blocked or incompatible. Run the installer as administrator in compatibility mode, or skip it and let Windows use its built-in USB mass-storage driver; update manually via Device Manager if needed.

Question 2

Reader not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the Floppy Plus directly to a rear USB port, not a hub, and test with a known-good card/floppy. Check Device Manager and Disk Management; the slots should appear as separate removable drives.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

An old Iomega driver can clash with Windows’ generic USB mass-storage driver. Uninstall the Iomega entry, unplug the reader, reboot, then reconnect and allow Windows to reinstall the native driver.
