Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the InfoPrint 2060ES installer as administrator and confirm the package matches Windows 32/64-bit. Remove incomplete installs via Print Management before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Verify printer power and cable/network link. For network use, confirm the correct IP address and create the port manually; restart the Print Spooler service if the queue does not appear.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older InfoPrint/Ricoh printer drivers and delete leftover queues in Print Management, then reboot and install the latest 2060ES package. Avoid mixing PCL/PostScript drivers on the same queue.
