Name: Imagistics International Doc Pilot PB4130 Driver
Author: Imagistics

Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Doc Pilot PB4130, run the Imagistics setup as administrator, reboot, then reconnect the scanner only when prompted. Remove any partial install first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check Device Manager for an unknown USB device. Use a rear USB 2.0 port directly—no hub—replace the cable, and confirm the Imagistics TWAIN/WIA scanner driver is selected in the scanning app.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Imagistics scanner software and drivers, remove leftover TWAIN sources, then install the correct 32-bit or 64-bit package for your Windows version. Reboot before testing the PB4130 again.
