Question 1

Install fails or reports no compatible driver?

Accepted Answer

This is a monitor INF/color profile, not a graphics driver. Run the installer as administrator; if it still refuses, use Device Manager > Monitors > Update driver > Browse and confirm the package matches your Windows version and architecture.

Question 2

Monitor not detected / shows as Generic PnP Monitor?

Accepted Answer

Check that the monitor is powered on, the VGA or DVI cable is fully seated, and the correct input is selected. Then use Device Manager > Scan for hardware changes and reboot with the monitor connected.

Question 3

Version or color-profile conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove any old Iiyama monitor entry and stale ICM profile, restart, then install the latest package. Avoid mixing generic and vendor monitor drivers.
