Name: IBM LCD Monitor 9320 Driver
Author: IBM

Question 1

Install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the IBM 9320 package as administrator and unblock it in Properties if downloaded. If setup still fails, install manually via Device Manager: Monitors > Update driver > Browse > Let me pick > Have Disk, then point to the extracted INF. Confirm the package supports your Windows version and signed driver.

Question 2

Monitor not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check power and the VGA/DVI cable, try another cable/port, and avoid adapters where possible. In Display settings, click Detect; in Device Manager, scan for hardware changes. If it appears as Generic PnP Monitor, continue with the manual update.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing IBM 9320 or Generic PnP Monitor entry under Monitors, reboot, then reinstall. If a Windows update replaced the driver, use Roll Back Driver or reapply the IBM INF.
