Question 1

Install fails?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing IBM Infoprint 1332 or PS3 driver entries in Print Management, reboot, then run the installer as administrator. Match the driver package to Windows architecture (x86/x64).

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check USB/parallel/Ethernet connection and power. Select the correct port (USB00x or TCP/IP); for network use, assign a static IP and confirm PostScript is enabled on the printer.

Question 3

Version conflicts or garbled output?

Accepted Answer

Delete duplicate Infoprint 1332 queues and older PS drivers, install only one PS3 driver, and set it as default. For shared printers, update the driver on the host and clients.
