Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the setup as administrator and try Windows compatibility mode. If it still fails, update the driver manually in Device Manager by pointing to the downloaded INF folder.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a rear USB 2.0 port directly, not a hub. Check Device Manager for an unknown USB device, uninstall it, then rescan; confirm the adapter LED is lit.

Question 3

Version conflicts or dropped connections?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing USB Wi-Fi/Realtek/Ralink driver, reboot, then install only the iB-WUA150N package matching your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture.
