Question 1

Installer fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

Run the Hyundai X90W setup as administrator, disconnect other USB webcams, and temporarily disable antivirus. If setup still fails, use Windows’ built-in UVC webcam driver—the X90W is plug-and-play on Windows 10/11.

Question 2

Webcam not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port, preferably a rear USB 2.0 port and not an unpowered hub. In Device Manager, check Cameras or Imaging devices and scan for hardware changes; also confirm Settings > Privacy > Camera access is enabled.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older webcam drivers or duplicate Hyundai utility versions in Device Manager/Apps, reboot, then let Windows reinstall the X90W. Avoid installing multiple driver packages over the same device.
